When will my order go out?

We ship as soon as possible, usually every Friday. As a small operation, we'll ship as soon as we can, but please appreciate we're not Amazon Prime.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping options are for UK only. We are happy to arrange shipping internationally, please contact us if you have any questions.

We accept most debit and credit cards and PayPal.

My order arrived damaged. What are my options?

Sorry to hear that - this will have been done in transit and is beyond our control. We deal with this on a case-by-case basis. Just send us a photo of the damage and we'll exchange your item or give you a full refund.

What is your return policy?

If you have a problem contact us. Returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a return.
